An exchange will only be given for a product that is in its complete and original packaging and has not been used in any way.
A full refund can be received for clearing the 5% cancellation fee. An item will only be returned if it is in its original, complete packaging and has not been used. In the case of a return of an order for which shipping is free, the refund will be given less the shipping fees on the return itself. A refund for a returned item will be given for the price of the item and not for the shipping cost.
No credit or refund will be given for items purchased as part of the 1+1 promotion.
