Shipping and Returns Policy:
According to Ministry of Health regulations, it is not possible to return lingerie. Exchanges will be made within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. Please contact our customer service at 054-4422077 or by email. [email protected].com.
An exchange will only be given for a product that is in its complete and original packaging and has not been used in any way.
A full refund can be received for clearing the 5% cancellation fee. An item will only be returned if it is in its original, complete packaging and has not been used. In the case of a return of an order for which shipping is free, the refund will be given minus the NIS 45 shipping fee. A refund for a returned item will be given for the price of the item and not for the shipping cost.
No credit or refund will be given for items purchased as part of the 1+1 promotion.
According to the Ministry of Health guidelines, and according to the Consumer Protection Law Regulations, 5741 - 1981, including secondary legislation, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation) 5771 - 2010, it will not be possible to exchange underwear products, including swimwear and the like.
